Prince Harry and Meghan Markle launched a new website after stepping down as senior royals in early 2020.
However, the website was banned from use, just weeks after its launch.
The couple announced their departure as royals in January 2020 and held their final engagement just two months later.
Following their surprise exit, a series of intense conversations took place – including the infamous Sandringham Summit – where the conditions of Harry and Meghan’s departure were discussed.
The couple’s then-new website was launched under Sussexroyal.com, highlighting their plans for the future.
However, it was banned just weeks later after, according to the Daily Mail, the late queen and royal officials agreed that they should not include the word “royal” in their new branding.
