Delhi Police visits Atishi residence to notify about ‘poaching’ of AAP MLAs | Delhi News – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Crime branch officials visited the home from the minister of delhi Atishi on Sunday to serve a notice related to allegations that the BJP was trying to woo Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLAs. According to sources, Atishi was not at home during the visit. However, the minister instructed staff in her office to accept the notification, according to AAP sources.
A senior officer of the delhi police The crime branch stated, “The team will make another attempt to serve the notice to Atishi. She was not present at her residence this morning.”

This development follows a notice sent by crime branch officials to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal the day before, seeking a response within three days on their claims that the BJP tried to lure seven AAP MLA.
Later in the day, Kejriwal and Atishi are scheduled to lay the foundation stones of two schools in Rohini.
On January 27, both Kejriwal and Atishi alleged that the BJP was trying to woo AAP MLAs with offers of Rs 25 crore each and a ticket to contest the upcoming assembly elections, with the aim of toppling the AAP government.
The BJP dismissed these allegations as “false” and “baseless”, challenging the prime minister to provide evidence to support his claims.
