Ravindra Jadeja’s wife and BJP MLA Rivaba Jadeja seemed upset when asked about the allegations leveled by her father-in-law in a recent interview. At a public event, Rivaba was questioned about explosive allegations by her father-in-law, who claimed that she was responsible for a rift in her family, especially between him and her son, Ravindra Jadeja.
Rivaba Jadeja, who is also a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, lashed out at a journalist who raised the question about his private life at a public event.
“Why are we here today? You can contact me directly if you want to know,” Rivaba said in a viral that is spreading widely online.
Notably, Jadeja denied the claims made by her father, Anirudhsinh, about a strained relationship between them. She shared a post on his social media and called his father’s interview scripted and urged his fans and followers not to trust anything said about him and his wife. He said attempts are being made to tarnish the image of his wife, who is a member of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly from Jamnagar North Assembly constituency.
“The things mentioned in the dubious interview with Divya Bhaskar are meaningless and false. They are one-sided comments which I deny. The attempt to tarnish my wife’s image is inappropriate and condemnable. I too have a lot to say, but it is better that don’t reveal those things in public,” Jadeja wrote in his Instagram post.
Jadeja’s father alleged that Rivaba was trying to create a rift within the family. She mentioned that the problems started 2-3 months after Jadeja married Rivaba in 2016. She revealed that there was nothing but hatred between the two families.
“Do you want me to tell you the truth? I have absolutely no relationship with Ravindra and his wife, Rivaba. We don’t call them and they don’t call us. The problems started after two or three months of marriage.” “.
“Currently I live alone in Jamnagar, while Ravindra resides in a bungalow of his own. He lives in the same city, but I can’t see him. I don’t know what magic his wife has done with him.”
“He is my son and that burns my heart. I wish I hadn’t married him off. It would have been better if he hadn’t become a cricketer. Then we wouldn’t have to go through all this.” Jadeja’s father said.
“Three months after we got married, she told me that everything should be transferred into her name. It created a divide in our family. She didn’t want a family and wanted an independent life. I could be wrong, and Naynaba (Ravindra’s daughter) sister ) could be wrong, but tell me, how can all 50 members of our family be wrong? There is no relationship with anyone in the family; there is only hatred.”
“I don’t want to hide anything. We haven’t even seen our granddaughter’s face for five years. Ravindra’s in-laws take care of everything. They meddle in everything. Now they have fun because they have a bank.” Jadeja’s father added.
Meanwhile, Jadeja is recovering from his hamstring injury and his availability for the final 3 Tests of the ongoing 5-match series between India and England is subject to his fitness.
