Xiaomi 14 Ultra will have a special titanium edition, memory and storage options leaked – news

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra could have its international launch on February 25 at the MWC in Barcelona, along with the ‘vanilla’ 14 model. Now, in China the RAM/storage combos in which it will be offered have been leaked. Please note that these are for the Chinese market, so internationally only a subset of these may be available.

According to a tipster on Weibo, the Chinese equivalent of Twitter/X, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will come with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage in its base version. It will also be offered with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, as well as 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.

Interestingly, a special edition made of titanium is also rumored, and it will only come with the 16GB/1TB combination. This tells us that the “regular” 14 Ultra, which is not a special edition, will not have a titanium frame. Apparently, the special titanium edition will cost around 500 CNY (approximately $69 or 64 euros at current exchange rates) more expensive than the non-titanium 16GB/1TB version.

Previous rumors claimed that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra would have a 6.73-inch 120Hz QHD+ LTPO AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, a quad rear camera system (main 50MP with variable aperture, ultrawide 50MP , 50MP 3.2x Telephoto, 50MP 5x Telephoto), a 32MP selfie camera, IP68 dust and water resistance rating, and a 5,300mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging. It will run Android 14 with HyperOS on top.
